ABOUT SWAGELOK COMPANY
Swagelok is a major developer and provider of fluid system solutions, including products, assemblies, and services for the research, instrumentation, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, power, petrochemical, alternative fuels, and semiconductor industries. Its headquarters are in Ohio, USA.
2022 we celebrated 75 company anniversary; and we are proud of this achievement. Since the late 1940's we continue to grow and thrive by matching the speed of our customers and the pace in the world—without losing sight of our legacy of success.
Our history
With a $500 loan Fred A. Lennon founded Swagelok in summer 1947. Lennon's initual vision of a values-based culture and continued investment in workforce and infrastructure is still successful. His idea of an innovative sales and service model was groundbreaking for the industry and since then all Swagelok customers can count on the consistently high quality of all products, services and solutions - worldwide.
Customer orientation: Creating value for the customer
Swagelok and its more than 200 authorized sales and service centers in 70 countries work together to bring combined expertise and expertise to help all our customers achieve their goals for safety, reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and growth. In Austria, as a trading company AA-Solutions Gmbh, we have been the sole authorized sales and service partner of Swagelok since 2016.

Our passion for continuous improvement inspires flexibility. We are always open to new ways of performing more efficiently and developing better solutions for customers. Over the years, even our flagship product, the tube fitting, has benefited from ongoing improvements, including changes to ferrule geometry and metallurgy. As application requirements have changed, we have adjusted our products to meet these demands and we will continue to do so for the next 75 years.

Swagelok first brought a leak-tight, two-ferrule tube fitting to the market. That define the fluid system industry. Also our unique business model was a game-changer: we generated a global network of more than 200 authorized sales and service centers in 70 countries, focused solely on Swagelok's product line. This provides best support for our customers with local inventory and expertise. Swagelok holds more than 200 active patents, and as the pace of change continues to accelerate, we are collaborating with customers to bring new products and services to the marketplace.
